The Dragon’s Stolen Heir

About this drama

A woman who hatched the kingdom's sacred dragon is married to a royal who wants the credit for it. Her husband takes a mistress, decides she is the traitor, and has her framed for theft and thrown in prison. Her infant daughter Avery barely survives it. Twelve years later Avery is the most formidable dragon-master on the realm, and the royal house that destroyed her mother comes to her with an egg and a request: hatch it for them. She goes back to the palace, and this time she is not a prisoner. Corrupt elders, buried lies and a court that runs on inheritance all have to be handled by someone who can call every dragon in the country to her side. What Avery wants back is not only justice for her mother. It is the identity her mother built, and the family name that was buried with her.
