The Ice Beast’s Blind Bride

About this drama

On a frozen world where people are built like beasts, Emma is the one nobody wanted. She came from Earth, she cannot see, and the raiders who took her dropped her after their crash, as unfit for labour. Kyle finds her. He is an outcast himself, hurt and shunned by his clan, and his hut barely feeds three younger siblings. He takes her in, and what starts as an arrangement neither wanted becomes a household. Emma cannot see the fields, but she can hear the crop, feel the wind, and read the weather, and the wasteland starts to feed people. He must stop treating being cared for as debt. Then a rival pair decides they should not exist, and a herd runs the way herds do when something frightens them. What they built is not much, but it is the first thing either of them has that belongs to both.
