Born of the Forbidden Night

About this drama

One night with a dragon prince should have ended when Selena, a human maid, was thrown out of the palace for it. She is pregnant with Soren's child, and the law of the realm says a human and a dragon cannot marry, so she flees with the baby and names him Arthur, the heir nobody is supposed to know exists. The court that exiled Selena does not let it go. Assassins are sent after the child, and the politics of the succession move around her without her. Arthur grows up not knowing what he is, while Selena keeps him hidden. Then Princess Mira, who wants the court's attention for herself, uses the boy as a bargaining chip to force Soren into a marriage. Selena's protection of her son and Soren's duty to his blood are now the same fight, and neither will lose the other.
