The Soccer Captain’s Secret Roommate

About this drama

The Soccer Captain's Secret Roommate carries a full 647-character synopsis. Maya, a pre-law freshman, is mistakenly assigned to share an apartment with Carter, the school soccer captain. The coincidence turns investigative when she discovers that Pierce, a wealthy donor, manipulates college sports, falsifies players' injury records, and hides a twelve-year-old arson case. The mistaken assignment is the only coincidence the premise needs; everything that follows it is deliberate, patient, documented work. Working as a campus journalist, Maya teams up with hackers, athletes, and witnesses to gather solid evidence. She withstands slander and threats, rescues Carter's long-detained mother, and exposes the full criminal plot. The roster of allies is unusually wide, and the source credits the win to evidence rather than luck. The source states that all villains are punished by law. The romance closes the arc: the pair untangle long-buried family truths, push forward athlete protection rules, heal each other while upholding truth, and fall in love. Both threads close in the stated order, the legal case first and the romance after it. The run is thirty-four episodes with 944 views. The synopsis covers premise, investigation, climax, and a stated legal-and-romantic resolution, and this entry documents it without extension. The case is the spine.
