The Sea God and his wife from his past life

About this drama

This entry carries one of the three full synopses in this batch, at 517 characters, and the title is recorded verbatim including its lowercase stretch: The Sea God and his wife from his past life. The synopsis names its leads. Lyrian, heir to a trillion-dollar conglomerate, is betrayed by her relatives and thrown into the deep sea on her engagement night, accidentally awakening the arrogant sea god Iloway. The premise then doubles itself: the two were lovers in a past life, and they resolve misunderstandings and fall in love again in this lifetime. Shielded by divine power, Lyrian returns to land, brings her treacherous kin to justice through legal means, and reclaims her family's glory; in the end, the two swear eternal vows and await the arrival of their new life. The source states a complete arc, betrayal, reawakening, reunion, legal redress, and a wedding, and keeps the revenge procedural rather than bloody. The lowercase stretch in the title, his wife from his past life, is the platform's own typography, recorded rather than corrected. The run is thirty episodes with 758 views, in the lower half for this batch, and the 517-character synopsis is the second-longest source in this batch. This entry documents the stated arc without extension.
