Every Scar Remembers You

About this drama

Vaughn remembers nothing. He wakes from an accident with a blank where his life used to be, and the first thing his body does, before his brain can weigh in, is react to the sight of Elian. A man named Alton fills in the history: Elian was Vaughn's kept lover for two years, the only man who never made him break out in hives. Vaughn refuses to believe it. Then Elian tries to leave, and Vaughn's knees hit the floor on pure instinct, and the refusal stops making sense. The memory comes back eventually, and it is worse than the blank. Vaughn remembers the contract, the money, the way he used love as an instrument of control. What he does with that memory is the actual story. He deletes the tracking app, hands over the keys, and waits outside Elian's door with nothing to trade except the willingness to wait. Days later, Elian arrives at the cramped apartment with a suitcase. Not a contract this time, he says. He is choosing to come back. Every Scar Remembers You is a 30-episode YourChannel romance about a man who gets to meet his own worst behavior as a stranger, and then has to decide, holding no leverage at all, whether he deserves the second visit.
